To instill confidence in kids that they can take beyond the soccer field.
 
LIGHT BULB MOMENT:

I, like many athletes today, saw the entirety of my identity in being a soccer player. If I lost soccer, I did not know who I was. It was not until I suffered several injuries my freshman year of college, ending my collegiate career, that I realized that there's something much more important than my identity as an athlete, namely, who I am as a person. It's my goal to help players recognize their worth not only as an athlete, but more importantly as an individual.soon

ONE THING I'D CHANGE IN SOCCER:

I would like to change the vision that a player's worth is not the projection of their soccer career.  Whether or not they make the A or B team, make the state ODP team, make Academy or ECNL, or play Division 1 collegiate soccer is not fundamental to their ability to make a substantial impact on the world as a future parent, doctor, teacher, etc.
